The EULAR Education only accepts online credit card payments directly through the website. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer bank transfers for individual costumers.

- I have paid for my course, how do I access it?Please log into the ESOR platform, and navigate to your dashboard, the course will appear under “My courses”. If you do not find it in your dashboard, please note that enrolment to the course may take up to 24 hours in some cases. If after then, you are still not be able to see it, please contact us at education@eular.org.
- My payment has gone through, but my course is not appearing. Where do I find it?
If your course does not appear on your user dashboard after successful payment, please allow up to 24 hours before trying again. If, after then, the course is still not visible, please contact us at education@eular.org.
- I cannot attend the course anymore; how do I cancel my participation?
You may cancel your registration, within 14 days of purchase date, via email to education@eular.org Please consult the Terms and Conditions regarding our Cancellation Policy.
- I have forgotten my password, what do I do now?
If you have forgotten the password to your account in the School of Rheumatology platform, follow these steps to reset it:
1. On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Check your inbox for an email with a link to reset your password.
4. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once completed, you can use your new password to log in to your account. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
- How long do textbook shipments take?
All shipments are currently handled directly by EULAR. Please anticipate a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks.
Note: Please ensure that your valid mailing address and mobile phone number are current and saved in your user account. Neglecting to do so may prolong the processing time.
- What happened to the Education membership?
The EULAR Education membership (aka School membership) model was discontinued as of 31 December 2022 and is no longer offered.
- Is there an app I can use to access my courses?
No. There is currently no app available to access the online courses. Nevertheless, you can access your courses using the browser on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet device.
- Where can I find information on the exam process of EULAR Online Courses?

- Does EULAR offer discounts or subsidies?
All EULAR online courses are already subsidised. Learners from LMI countries receive a 25 EUR discount for each online course.
