What are the EULAR registration types?
- Currently, there are two types of registration possibilities within the EULAR Education learning management system.
- Learner: As a learner, you can enrol yourself in your chosen EULAR Education activity or event.
- Sponsor: As a sponsor, you may buy multiple places within EULAR courses and offers on behalf of the participants.

What are the available payment methods for all offers?
- The EULAR Education accepts payments using PayPal by paying directly through the website. After successful payment via PayPal, please allow a 24–48 hour window before you enter the course with your user login.If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please write an email to education@eular.org, and we will issue you an invoice accordingly. Please keep in mind that additional administrative costs may apply.
How do I get an official EULAR receipt and/or registration confirmation letter?
- The above-mentioned official EULAR documents are issued only upon request. If you have made a payment for your purchase either via PayPal or bank transfer, please send an email to education@eular.org along with the transaction number (PayPal) or invoice number (Bank Transfer) for ease of reference.
What if I forgot the password to my account?
If you have forgotten the password to your account in the School of Rheumatology platform, follow these steps to reset it:
- On the login page, click on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox for an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once completed, you can use your new password to log in to your account. If you do not see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
EULAR Textbook Shipments
All shipments are currently handled directly by EULAR. Please anticipate a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks.
Note: Please ensure that your valid mailing address and mobile phone number are current and saved in your user account. Neglecting to do so may prolong the processing time.
What happened to the Education membership?
The EULAR Education membership (aka School membership) model was discontinued as of 31 December 2022 and is no longer offered.
What will happen to my course after the membership ends?
Please be assured that this change does not affect your learnings and courses. Your courses will continue as usual and your progress will not be lost.
The retirement of the membership only affects your access to the EULAR School App. As of 1 January 2023, you will no longer be able to access the EULAR App. That said, content found on the EULAR School App can also be found on our website:
Is there another app I can use to access my courses?
No. There is currently no app available to access the online courses. Nevertheless, you can access your courses using the browser on your computer, mobile phone, or tablet device.
Does EULAR offer discounts or subsidies?
All EULAR online courses are already subsidised. Learners from LMI countries receive a 25 EUR discount for each online course.
