Description
With the aim of fostering excellence in education in the field of rheumatology, EULAR Education has developed a broad range of live courses, online courses, publications, and other digital learning opportunities under the roof of the EULAR School of Rheumatology.
In addition to these exciting offerings, EULAR Education would like to enhance its support for educational activities at a national level. The EULAR Educational Cooperation with National Societies (EULAR ECONS) programme is a proactive educational program, where EULAR works in close collaboration with National Societies to develop and run educational activities.
How does it work?
National Societies can approach EULAR to express their interest in having EULAR assistance, in collaboration with the Education Committee Chair, to develop session(s) / short programme that consist of 4 – 6 topics which will be included in their educational events, meetings, or congress (with or without EULAR preferred speakers).
The finalised session(s) / short programme will be then submitted to the EULAR Council (March & September; yearly) for final approval. After approval from the EULAR Council, the EULAR Office will invite the EULAR speakers formally and offer reimbursed travel and accommodation for these speakers during the discussed educational events, meetings, or congress dates.
