1. How can I get the work documents?
For security reasons, we do not send files via email. All files are stored on MS Teams. We provide all our authors with a EULAR Microsoft account to access the work files.
2. What are basic, intermediate and advanced knowledge?
Depending on the needs of the modules, the main text comprises basic, intermediate, and advanced knowledge:
- Basic Knowledge: Essential information for all students.
- Intermediate Knowledge: Crucial insights for all postgraduate trainees.
- Advanced Knowledge: In-depth understanding for all postgraduate residents.
3. What are the max word counts for the main text, IDDs and ICCs?
The max word count for the main text is 15,000 and the one for IDDs and ICCs is 1,000.
4. What is the word count of the transcript for a 15-20-minute Podcast?
It is around 1,500-2,000.
5. What do A1 and A2 files mean?
Both documents contain assessment questions: A1 for self-assessment and A2 for final exams.
6. Does the EULAR office support video recording and editing?
Yes, we do. Please contact us with your inquiry for assistance.
7. Can I use any pictures for my module?
No. It's crucial to use pictures with permission to respect copyright laws and the rights of the original creators. Unauthorized use of images can lead to legal issues and undermine the integrity of your work.
8. Can I send documents via email?
No. For security reasons, we cannot accept documents via email. Please upload them to MS Teams or use a secure file-sharing platform instead.br>

1. Why doesn’t the EULAR office email me the work documents?
For security reasons, we do not send files via email. Instead, we store documents on MS Teams, which offers several advantages:

2. I have never used MS Teams. How does it work?
We provide all our authors with an EULAR Microsoft account and detailed step-by-step guides to access the work files. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us and include screenshots for better assistance.
3. I already have a Microsoft account and prefer not to log out of it. What can I do?
We suggest opening an incognito browser (private browsing mode) to log into your EULAR Microsoft account.
4. I cannot log into my EULAR Microsoft account anymore. What can I do?
If you have not logged in for an extended period, the system may block your account. Please contact us to reset your password.
5. I changed my phone (or phone number), and now the authentication isn't working. What can I do?
Please log in to My Account (microsoft.com), click on "Safety information," and either update your phone number or delete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
